4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. TechSynergy retains the right to use project work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in writing. Third-party software, frameworks, and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur interest charges. Refund policies will be outlined in the project agreement.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

TechSynergy warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or applications. Services are provided "as is" except as expressly stated in project agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechSynergy's total liability for any claims arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Termination terms specific to each project will be outlined in the service agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

TechSynergy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
